The Spotlight interface allows users to manually select any combination of words and apply filters such as speaker sentiment. Alternatively, the same search criteria can be programmed to run in near-real time on a media location or feed, with automated alerts.
Uniquely, the Spotlight interface displays each occurrence of search words within A/V files. This allows users to go directly to the word and listen for themselves. A/V files containing searched words can then easily be curated into structured folders.
Using Natural Language Processing, Spotlight 'understands' the context of searched words. This allows Spotlight to identify and present additional, related words to the original search; overcoming terminology and semantic challenges to accuracy and speed.
