We are currently developing a self-install Plug-in that allows website owners to easily integrate Spotlight. For more complex, larger-scale enterprises, we can either provide a hybrid/ media hosting solution, or build bespoke, on-premise solutions, for example for some of our government clients.

Our plug-in will be a very reasonable set monthly or annual fee. For larger enterprises requiring more complex, bespoke implementations, our sales staff will develop a quote based on individual requirements.

Very. Whilst not fool-proof, Spotlight can determine the difference between many accents and returns highly accurate results. Adding the search context and sentiment features allows Spotlight customers to rapidly identify search 'false positives'. Spotlight AI also learns over time, improving its ability to identify words and the way they are being used.
